On any personalisable product, open the studio to upload a photo, add text and position it live on the product. What you see in the preview is exactly what we press.
Your live preview is the proof — it’s generated from the same artwork we print. For corporate orders we share a digital mockup for sign-off before production.
Orders under 100 pieces are dispatched in a minimum of 2–3 working days; for 100 pieces or more we agree the schedule with you on WhatsApp. Delivery is a minimum of 3–6 business days after dispatch, or as scheduled by our delivery partner.
Everything we make is printed to your order, so items are not returnable or refundable on change of mind — please check your personalisation before ordering. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll reprint or refund it. Full detail is on our cancellation & refunds page.
A sharp photo with the longest edge around 2000px prints beautifully. We downscale large files automatically and flag anything too small before you order.
