Orders & pricing

All prices are in INR and include GST. Volume pricing, where a product offers it, is applied by us at checkout — the per-piece price shown for a quantity is the price you are charged for it.

We confirm your order by email once payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, with a full refund.

Some products carry a minimum and/or maximum order quantity, shown on the product page and enforced at checkout.

Personalised products

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it. We print what is shown in your live preview, so please review it carefully before ordering.

We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and designs are owned by Customife. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it only to produce your order.

Liability

We stand behind our craft. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Cancellation, refunds & delivery

Personalised items are made to your order and are not refundable on change of mind. Our cancellation and refund policy and our shipping policy form part of these terms — please read both before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
