By using Customife and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be plain — if anything is unclear, just ask.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and include GST. We confirm your order by email once payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, with a full refund.
Personalised products
You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it. We print what is shown in your live preview, so please review it carefully before ordering.
We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and designs are owned by Customife. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it only to produce your order.
Liability
We stand behind our craft. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
