To process payments, print and deliver your order, send order updates, and respond to enquiries.
Your uploaded artwork is used solely to produce your order and is not sold or shared for marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with the partners needed to fulfil your order — payment providers (Razorpay), couriers and our print partners — under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and ask us to stop marketing emails at any time. Email us to make a request.
Retention
We keep order records as required for tax and accounting, and remove personalisation artwork once it is no longer needed to support your order or any return.
