We want you to love what arrives. Here’s how returns and refunds work, including the special case of personalised pieces.
Standard items
Unpersonalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Personalised items
Because personalised pieces are made just for you, they can’t be returned for change of mind. If yours arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved preview, we’ll reprint or refund it — no quibble.
How to start a return
Email hello@customife.example with your order code and a photo if the item is damaged. We’ll send instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production (within roughly 24 hours). After that, personalised pieces may already be on the press.
